A short, plain policy.

Last updated July 2026

SoloSoundly builds calm software, and that includes how this site handles information. This page covers what happens when you visit solosoundly.com or use the contact form.

What's collected

The only information collected directly is what's typed into the contact form: name, email address, and message. Nothing is collected from visitors who don't use the form.

How it's used

A contact form submission is used for one purpose: replying to it. Nothing submitted is used for marketing, profiling, or anything beyond that conversation.

What's never done

Information is never sold. It's never shared with advertisers, never used to build a profile, and never retained longer than needed to respond and keep a reasonable record of the exchange.

Partner products

Running a site securely takes a few behind-the-scenes partner products — for things like delivering email replies and keeping automated bot traffic off the contact form. These partners only ever see what's necessary to do that specific job, and they don't get used to track visitors or build advertising profiles.
